Tidbits about me

When I was very young, I learned how to cross stitch and crochet from my 2 great aunts. Every time I would visit their house, I’d look forward to the next craft! One year I got a really small loom made of nails and wood. I spun away with some yarn and created "Finger Mittens”. It was basically the finger part of a glove. I was fascinated! From there I would create more and more things.

I wasn’t great and crocheting when I was younger, the stitches confused me. I tried and tried but I couldn’t get it right. It wasn’t until about 5 or 6 years ago I remember how comfy the blankets were my aunt made. I really wanted one of those blankets. I gathered my materials and hopped on YouTube for tutorials. I found a pattern and started to work at it. I messed up in a few places but I got better and better with each stitch! Before I knew it, I made a whole blanket! After that, I created a few more blankets for my siblings and fiance. I decided to move onto some harder things like stuffed animals and other random things. I love crocheting and I plan on making so many more things!
